Operationalised the IT DR function from scratch: built DRPs and a three-year testing roadmap across 10 mission-critical applications and 14 critical technology dependencies, ran DR testing across AWS, VMware and Veeam, and delivered ITSCM/ITDR training to 300+ staff.
- Global banking institution | Tertiary Vault Programme. Disaster Recovery Consultant & Project Manager (contract extended three times). Produced Recovery Runbooks for 50+ Important Business Services applications, designed to protect against catastrophic ransomware attacks, working across APAC, UK and China stakeholders under strict document lifecycle and audit standards.
- IT services & consulting firm (post-merger integration). Disaster Recovery Project Manager. Led DR/BCP integration following a major merger: built recovery runbooks from scratch for 40 critical applications, standardised BC/DR documentation templates, and ran a discovery process across five EMEA regions to identify single points of failure.
- Animal healthcare sector. Cyber Security Program Manager. Planned and launched a multi-year, 8-workstream remediation programme covering Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, governance, and NIST 3.0 alignment.
